I have been in the beauty industry for 15 years. I built Glam On Demand from the ground up — starting as the accidental entrepreneur who got good at the craft and found herself with a clientele before she ever had a system to support it.

What if I miss a live call?

Do I need a CRM or specific software?

No. This cohort is completely tool-agnostic. We build the operational foundation and the documented workflows first. What tool you use to implement them is a separate conversation — one your closing 1:1 strategy call will help you navigate based on your specific business.

How much time should I set aside each week?
